Shipping & Delivery Policy

• For a minimum order of S$180, we provide FREE local delivery service. Delivery will be supported by ARAMEX Courier services. Goods will be delivered within 1-3 working days after courier collection. We have 2 courier pick up arrangements each week i.e. Tuesday & Friday afternoons.
• For orders S$100 – S$179.99, we charge a delivery fee of S$4.50.
• For orders S$99.99 and below, we charge a delivery fee of S$7.50.
• Local delivery does not cover locations under restricted area determined by Aramex.
• Delivery timing is between 10am to 6pm Monday to Saturday (Excludes Sun & PH)
• Aramex tracking # will be provided after courier pick up. Customer may visit Aramex website (www.aramex.com) to track the delivery status.
Due to temperature and humidity issues, Probiotics products are excluded from FREE local delivery service.

For customers who have problem arranging someone at home for delivery collection, we also work with Park &Parcel (www.parknparcel.com.sg) to provide collection point services. Customer may choose a collection point near office or home. Customer to inform us earlier for such arrangements as we will also need to arrange parcel drop off at Park & Parcel drop off point near our office. Once parcel reaches collection point, customer will be notified by SMS / Email. Customer is given 3 days to pick up parcel from collection point.

For products which are sensitive to temperature and humidity eg. Probiotics, we provide chiller truck delivery at $15 per trip.  At least 1 day’s notice is required by delivery contractor.

Delivery will be supported by Aramex Courier services. Generally goods will be delivered within 7 to 14 working days  depending on Malaysia customs clearance and whether it is located in West or East Malaysia. Tracking # will be provided for tracking purposes after parcel collection from our office.
• Due to customs issue and import duty, customer will need to contact us directly for orders above $120 before order confirmation.
• Customer will be responsible for any Tax or Import Duty or Custom Related Charges / Fees.

Overseas delivery services will be supported by Aramex Courier Services. Customer will need to send your enquiry to info@medica-solutions.sg To help us determine shipping fee for your order, please provide the following details in your email: • Type of Product and Quantity • Shipping Details (Full address with postal code to be provided) • Email Address (Courier is using email to send notification as SMS will incur charges) Please note that Medica Solutions Pte Ltd will not be responsible for import duty and GST. Customer might need to assist in customs declaration in certain countries.

We have the option of self pick-up at our office during business hours. Customers will be contacted via SMS or Whatsapp messages once their order is ready for collection. Customers can liaise with our customer service staff on timing of collection at the following address:
